During the Session (10–15 min)
1- Setting Up – Position the mask, adjust the strap without applying pressure to your nose/eyes.
2- Turning On – ON → Choose the color and intensity:
Red (630–660 nm): Anti-aging/radiance/elasticity.
Blue (~460 nm): Blemishes/inflammation.
3- Relax – Remain seated or lying down. Avoid moving the mask to maintain even light.
4- End of Session – The mask turns off (or turn it off manually). Remove gently.
After the Session
1- Post-LED Treatment – Apply hydrating serum (hyaluronic acid/niacinamide) + cream. In the morning: Add SPF 30+.
2- Device Cleaning – Turn off the power. Wipe the inside (non-abrasive wipe). Let it air dry.
